VERRICO & ASSOCIATES LTD was established in 1994 and offers a wide range of conveyancing services through England and Wales. The Practice is regulated by the Council for Licensed Conveyancers and our Practice Licence number is 11232    We are able to offer our clients the personal service they expect and deserve but we also incorporate modern technology into our working systems.   Most of our work comes via personal introductions and recommendations or from returning clients and since 1994 we have built up a formidable reputation for friendly, personal service and efficiency.

REGULATION:

We are regulated by the Council for Licensed Conveyancers which carries out periodic inspections of our files and accounts to ensure that the Practice is being run efficiently and in accordance with its regulations. All Licensed Conveyancers must carry full Professional Indemnity Insurance and undergo compulsory further education and training.

PROOF OF IDENTITY

We must by law obtain satisfactory evidence of your identity and address.   Please help us to do so by giving us the information and documentation we ask for.  We are unable to proceed with your transaction and will not be able to exchange Contracts until this has been provided.

OPENING HOURS: Our ground floor offices have wheelchair access and are open from 9 am until 5 pm from Monday to Friday.  The offices are situated in Beltinge, which is on the outskirts of the main town of Herne Bay.
